My tire had a flat this morning so I decided to take it to the nearest tire shop who had great reviews and customer service, so I stumbled upon Becker's because they were across the street from me.
My service advisor was "rusty" (I'm not sure if I'm even spelling that right) but he was helpful and well spoken that I felt comfortable of leaving my vehicle here to get my tire inspected.
Becker's mechanic found the problem in less than 10 minutes.
So, rusty had took my to the wheel where I discovered why my tire was flat.
Rusty gave me options to order a new wheel, which I will not probably do because I have Mercedes AMG wheels that are basically an arm and leg to pay for.
Rusty next option was to repair the crack on my wheel which is causing the leakage so he had told me he will repair the wheel and order a new tire for me.
Rusty also had told me that he wasn't sure if it was going to be done the same day and may take until tomorrow to receive the new tire and repair the crack wheel.
Total comes out to $294, also they don't take pre-payment so you would have to pay when the job is done which is great.
Rusty gives me a call, on the same day that the wheel repair and my new tire is ready, keep in mind I came in at 9AM and received the call around 3PM so I was happy that my wife does have to ride around in a spare tire anymore, lol.
Overall great experience, and hope more business in the future. -

This outfit just keeps impressing me more and more. I just took my wife's car to Buena Park BMW to get a quote for an oil change ($150.00+), turn indicator bulb replacement ($189.00 diagnostic fee) and a brake check (who knows). Needless to say, I was gone in less than 30 secs. I drove to Becker because of my past interactions, and I was told the synthetic oil change would be $80, and $25 for the double bulb replacement (turn indicator and brake light, since they both go out about the same time). What a difference!
And BTW, "your brakes are fine". I gave them an opening to find something wrong, and they chose the ethical high road and didn't find anything. This means that the next time I go there and they do find something wrong, I won't second guess them!
Thanks Stuart and Rusty...you guys are awesome! -

DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I would not recommend going to these guys unless you want a cracked rim! I went in to get a new tire put on and they cracked my rim while installing them and then had the nerve to blame me for cracking my rim from running into something, when clearly did not have any cracks nor leaks before I brought it in. Long story short spoke with the Manager Rusty which was a total dick and wouldn't reimburse me for the labor of putting on the tire. Won't ever go back there, they lost my business. Beware!!! -

The whole team is very welcoming and helpful. They are also very efficient. I brought my car in the morning, and they were able to get me in and out very quickly. Very reasonable price as well. I'll be back!

I'm so glad I listened to my fellow Yelpers and came to Becker Tire. After a stress inducing experience of finding out there was a nail in my tire at Jiffy Lube, I tried to find somewhere to take my car to remove said nail. I trust Jiffy Lube with an oil change but that's about it.
I went in on a Friday after work when it wasn't very busy at all and told them my situation with the nail. Within a couple minutes they had my car lifted and the tires checked out. It wasn't even a nail in my tire, it was the base of my screw. The screw wasn't causing a leak so they put the tires back on, checked the pressure and sent me on my way without having to pay a dime.
As a woman, I often get treated like an idiot at nearly any automative place (Jiffy Lube included). I very much appreciated not being talked down to here and not having someone trying to take advantage of me because of my gender. And being able to get this resolved so quickly without even being charged was amazing. Jiffy Lube was going to charge me $25.
Bottom line, when I need anything tire-related done and when I need new tires, I will definitely be taking my car back to Becker.
